My Chocolate Affair founder and owner, Elizabeth Graham had a love for caramel when she started making her own caramel popcorn to earn money in high school. She knew caramel, chocolate and a hint of salt would be a delicious combination. When she came across using a pretzel covered in chocolate, she knew the caramel would make it a slice of heaven. In 2005, after years of selling these treats to her co-worker, she opened up a small boutique shop and website. When the market went south in 2009, she closed her shop and kept her website. She has since added many more products with chocolate and caramel combinations.

Elizabeth is a busy mother of three daughters, Rebekah, Payton & Brooklyn and juggles life with a house full of girls and her Labradoodle Avila. Her passion is working with her team members and building a positive company culture. She lives and works in Sacramento and loves a day trip to her favorite winery or up to Auburn to enjoy a local band.
